Don't blame me for the pun. This was commissioned by a friend of mine who wanted a 3" x 5" iron letter E, and he wanted it roughed up (which he told me after I'd sandblasted and polished it.)
A joke on a friend with a serious Altoids addiction. Various people had been giving him containers of Altoids sealed by various means, like being encased in resin like a paperweight, riveted shut, secured with a padlock and hasp. I tried welding one shut with minor success, and then I produced these.
